Creating job opportunities is the surest way to end Boko Haram - Aliko Dangote

The billionaire business mogul and Africa's richest man, Aliko Dangote while speaking at the just concluded World Economic Forum Africa, said creating job opportunities is the surest way to end the Boko Haram scourge in Nigeria, said he would be investing $2.3bn in rice and sugar production in the north.

He added that he would be investing a total of $12billion in Nigeria, and $4bn outside the country over the next four years.
