Unilag releases official statement on recurrent fire incidences on campus

Following the repeated fire outbreaks on Unilag campus, in which 3 different serious incidences were recorded within just one week, claiming properties worth of millions and some people left injured. The school authority has issued an official statement to address the ugly incidents. read below...

FIRE OUTBREAK ON CAMPUS

The Vice-Chancellor thanks all students and staff for efforts in combating the spate of unfortunate fire incidents on campus in the last one week.

Management once again commiserates with members of the community injured or who incurred losses in the various cases.

Students and Staff are reassured that a UNILAG fire truck is expected in a week or two while the causes of the fire outbreaks are being tackled to bring the situation under control.
