If you are one of the lucky students who got hostel bed space in the undergraduate
halls of residence in any of the application categories (FRESHERS, FINAL YEAR,
BALLOTING etc), against all odds of this year’s scuffle hostel application
exercise.
I know everyone will agree with me that this year’s hostel application exercise was full of brouhahas. It’s about the toughest ever experienced in my stay in this institution. (Dint even get one sef after all the wahala).

NOTE: I will update if there’s any latest development
as regards the difficulties experienced by the balloting applicants. Though,
balloting is a random selection, for few lucky people, there is no assurance of
getting one. It’s based on luck, depending on the available space.
But the problem is that, the percentage of
those who were given bed space on ballot this time around is very low compared
to some previous years.
I am using this platform to plead with the
people in charge, to please look into this issue (you need to see what guyz go
through if don’t get hostel bed space, most especially the ladies).
Also appealing to the school authority to work
towards building more hostels, and hasten the ongoing projects, so as to
proffer a lasting solution to all this ugly situations.
