UNILAG HOSTEL UPDATE: Payment Of Hostel Fee Ends Tomorrow + Other Important Info (Must Read)

This is to inform the students of this great institution who have gotten online allocation of bed spaces across the 13 male and female undergraduate halls of residence on Akoka main campus, to pay up their hostel accommodation fee latest by tomorrow Friday 14th of March, 2014 as the payment ends tomorrow.

It is clear that whoever fails to meet up with the deadline of the payment tomorrow has automatically forfeited his/her bed space allocation, as further plea regarding the payment extension will not be entertained.

Also, the hostel application portal will be reopened on Monday 17th of March, 2014 for those who have not been able to secure hostel accommodation as a result of the challenges faced in the online hostel application exercise.

Nestle Sets To Give-out Thousands Of Free Products To UNILAG Students

The multinational food and beverage company, Nestle will tomorrow Thursday 13th of March 2014, give out thousands of its products to the students of the Faculty of Environmental Sciences at the prestigious University Of Lagos (UNILAG).

According to a statement by the General Secretary Of The Faculty Of Environmental Science Student Association FESSA, Babalola Olufemi Paul popularly known as B.O.P, the sharing of freebies will be taking place at the Faculty Auditorium tomorrow as part of the Fresher's Orientation Programme scheduled for 10:00 am prompt.

Ghen! Ghen!!: Lecturer Caught On Camera Having It With Female Student

Calm down first! It actually didn't happen here in UNILAG, Cuz I know that's what will first come to your mind seeing the headline (Amebor set of people..lol).

But the information available on this issue explained that this actually happened in a popular institution when the lecturer while chatting with his female student on how he could help her improve her grades, totally forgot to turn off his camera and after he discovered what has happened, he deleted the video from video folder on his laptop but forgot to do same in the recycle bin. continue......

Latest Info On UNILAG Hostel

I am glad to inform my fellow Akokaites, most especially those who are fortunate to get hostel bed spaces during the online hostel application exercise, that they might be moving into their various hostels very soon.

This development is as a result of the completion of the DLI exams. The DLI students have been the one occupying the various undergraduate halls of residence during their exams.

I used to think the season of open letter is only the order of the day among the top Nigerian government officials and politicians, until I saw this hilarious open letter sent to the newly elected president of the faculty of Environmental Sciences, the person of Oriyomi Akinyemi Abayomi by Ekop Godwin popularly known as Oracle, a 400L student of the department of Urban and Regional Planning.

Kindly Share Your Experience So Far On The Hostel Application Exercise So That We Can Know How To Help

I have received so many heartbreaking feedbacks about the amount at which the hostel application card was sold at the sports center of our dear institution today.

The sales of the hostel cards which resumed today Monday 3rd of March 2014, after the hostel application exercise was suspended sometimes in January by the Dean Of Student Affairs (DSA) Professor Kayode Amune, to enable students of the institution concentrate on their exams.

The heartbreaking feedbacks, like I have said earlier, is the fact that, some students who bought the hostel application cards today (Monday, 3rd of March) claimed that the card was sold at the rate of #1,500 while some got it at the rate of #1,000. In which the card is meant to be sold for #300, or #500 at maximum. (How disappointing) continue......

Even though, you have had an opportunity of seeing the video before, what message did you receive from it. Now here is the message I will like you to get from the Video.

I have decided to reserve it till today, Monday 3rd of March 2014, that we are resuming for the 2013/2014 academic session. To help you (even myself) visualise and imagine a happy ending like that you have seen in the video. To give you and I  a push to go on. Irrespective of what you are going through, no matter how challenging it may be, a day will end it all.

It is not as if those guyz you see celebrating in the video, had an easy passage, if they should pen down what they went through, am sure each of them will ask for extra sheets. Many have fallen by the way side. But, despite how tough, in spite of how challenging, these people took the courage not to accept the defeat but fight till the end. He has featured in a lot of tracks like "gboriwole", "why the loudness" to mention a few.

NOT AGAIN!!! UNILAG Girl Runs Mad In Broad Day Light? (SEE PHOTO)

The information available to me on this issue allegedly claimed that the girl pictured above is a student of the prestigious UNIVERSITY OF LAGOS.

The lady whose name is undisclosed, reportedly started some public display of madness in FESTAC area of Lagos state. She was said to have come on a visit to an unidentified guy who lives in the area. And some unidentified men came to take her away not quite long she started the broad day light display of lunacy.

It has come to my notice that some people have been finding it a bit challenging to drop comments on their posts of interest on this blog. Even though, it has been their desire to make their own contributions or inquiries after reading a particular post. When UNILAG 2012/2013 2nd Semester Result Will Be Available Online (SEE HERE)

I have received so many messages from my fellow students of this prestigious institution (UNILAG), asking if I know when the results of the just concluded 2012/2013 2nd semester examinations will be available online.

Well, I have got an answer to that. It is clearly indicated that the results for the just concluded second semester examinations for the 2012/2013 academic session will be available online in 14 days from here as score upload is still in progress.

From my own calculation, the said 14 days away from today, 1st of March is gonna be Saturday, the 15th of March 2014. To safe you the stress, worry and wasting of your MB, I will advise that you start checking back at least on Friday 14th of March which is a day to the indicated 14 days away from here. (Just my own piece of advice to safe you the stress tho) continue....
