UNILAG final year student, Sapara shot in the head

Just a few days after the sad incident of 3 female students of UNILAG involving in a ghastly motor accident, another student of the institution identified as Sapara (pictured above), a male final year student of philosophy has been reportedly shot in the head.

The horrible incident occurred around the King Jaja boys hostel of the institution on Monday 7th of July 2014, while the victim was soaked in the pool of his blood after the bullet made through the side of his head. Sapara was later taken to the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH and was said to be responding to treatment even as at the time of posting this news contrary to the rumour all over the campus and media that he was shot dead. continue...

 Eyewitness noted that a car was sighted speeding off the scene of the horrible incident and must have been responsible for the evil act.

The DSA of the institution Prof. Kayode Amund, in his word, stated that the perpetrator(s) is yet to be uncovered as investigations are still on going to expose the culprit.
