Biological Children of Staff - Monday, 3rd March, 2014 One day
Fresh Students - Tuesday, 4th March, 2014 One day
Health cases and Sports men - Wednesday, 5th March, 2014 One day
Ballot request - Thursday, 6th March, 2014 One day
Individual student applicants will obtain scratch cards from GTB and ECO Bank and be granted access to log in and download allocation dockets to be presented at the bank for payment.
All applicants are expected to make payments latest two (2) weeks from the date of the on-line registration (this will be indicated on the print out) after which the allocation will lapse.
There will be no extension of dates for all categories. Lobbying for change or rectification of lapsed allocations would not be entertained.
All requests are to be done electronically for ample bed spaces provided in halls of residence, while the beneficiaries of bed spaces in Emerald Court are excluded from Campus allocation.
Allotees who trade their bed spaces shall be referred to Students’
Disciplinary Board for appropriate sanctions.
All stake holders are expected to take note of these dates.
Sale of scratch cards will commence on Monday, March 3rd, 2014...
Final year students who have gotten hostels can now proceed to their designated banks on Monday,3rd of March,2014 for payment.
NOTE: It has come to our notice that some final year student were unable to secure their bed spaces before the exercise was suspended sometimes in January, I hereby inform you that some 'under G' work is on-going to make sure those affected students are considered. You are advised to keep in touch for related updates on that.

ReplyDeleteSure! u can use ur phone, I can remember i used my Nokia c1 to apply when I was in year1. Proceed to the cafe to print the allocation form after the bed space has been allocated. (use one of the cafes on campus, they know much about it).

ReplyDeleteUPDATE!!! The hostel portal for balloting will be opened by 12noon today. Also, If your matric number starts with 12.., u are advised to log in with your JAMB reg numba. Kindly tell others!
